The smartest people I know spend 90% of their time asking questions and listening.
Whether they’re seeking help or giving help to others, it’s the same – 90% asking and listening. Only 10% talking.
One of the wisest people I met at the recent Affiliate Gathering event was Mads Singers.
During the mastermind event I hosted, he asked me:
“What’s the biggest challenge you face in your business”.
I replied:
“Knowing how to make the most of my time. I have young kids, a husband, I travel a lot, I work out every day and I need to squeeze running my business into the time I have available”
His next question was a tough one…
“What would you need to do to double the money you make?”
I thought about it.
I didn’t know the answer.
“I don’t think I can do that.”
Surely, doubling the money would mean working twice as hard?
And I already feel stretched.
It seemed like an unusual question.
But over the next two days, as I ruminated, and it all became crystal clear…
Doubling the income doesn’t mean doubling the traffic.
It doesn’t mean adding on more channels, producing more content, hiring more people and spending more time training and managing them.
Instead, it means doubling the revenue I get from every person who visits my website.
The traffic can stay the same. My workload can reduce, while I earn more.
It was a real lightbulb moment.
All I need is to implement the things that will double the revenue from each visitor.
Many of these tactics involve a one-time set-up. After that, they run on autopilot.
Once the income from each visitor is doubled, I can reduce the hours I’m working without seeing a drop in revenue.
Now, the golden question: “HOW do you double the revenue from each visitor?”
Well, there are lots of ways, and the best ones for you will depend on your niche and audience.
I suggest asking Chat GPT – the tool is perfect for brainstorming tasks like this.
But, here are a few ideas to start you off…
1 – Create a variety of lead magnets and insert them into the optimal positions on your website to increase the conversion rate from website visitor to email subscriber
2 – Create (or buy) digital products, courses or books that you can sell to your audience via your email newsletters
3 – Use automation tools to sell in more places e.g. social media DMs or via WhatsApp
4 – Give your competitors 100% affiliate commission to promote your digital products. In return, you get backlinks and email subscribers
5 – Segment your email subscribers using polls, then use Facebook lookalike audiences to target your ideal people with ads
I bet you can add ten more things to this list if you really think about it.

I posted on Instagram stories and asked people to subscribe to my travel email list.
354 people did!
That’s 354 people I can sell, without them ever needing to visit my website.
I can schedule that to happen monthly and get 5,000 extra subs per year with basically no work.
Sometimes, we can be so stuck in our ways that we don’t notice all the opportunities that are right there in front of us.
Like using a WordPress plugin to add AI comments that start conversations and encourage people to interact with your content.
Then placing ads in the comments section.
It takes minutes to set up and will boost the RPM of every page!
Increasing the revenue from each visitor with basically no work.
