#34 | Discover profitable niche ideas with this AI-powered newsletter

Hey hey!

These emails usually take me a couple of hours to write.

I like to try to cram in as much value as possible for you.

But this week I’m kinda busy,

Kinda lazy,

So, I thought I’d hand over to the AI and let it do the job.

LOL!

I asked ChatGPT…

Write me an email newsletter to subscribers who are interested in learning more about building niche websites. Give information about how to find profitable niche ideas. Admit that the AI wrote the email.

And I was impressed AF!

Here’s what it wrote…

Dear valued subscriber,

Welcome to our latest edition of our newsletter on building niche websites, powered by AI.

In this edition, we'll be focusing on one of the most important aspects of building a successful niche website - finding profitable niche ideas.

Here are some tips and strategies that our AI has compiled for you:

Research your interests and passions. Building a website around something you're passionate about will make the process more enjoyable and increase your chances of success.

Look for gaps in the market. Identify areas where there is a lack of information or resources available, and fill that gap with your niche website.

Use keyword research tools. Keyword research can help you identify profitable niche ideas by showing you what people are searching for online.

Analyze your competition. Look at successful niche websites in your chosen area and identify what they're doing right, and what you could do differently.

We hope these tips will help you find a profitable niche idea for your website. As always, if you have any questions or feedback, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Sincerely,

[Your name]

In my opinion, those are hella good tips!

Imagine if you did the opposite:

  • Choose a topic you found boring
  • Didn’t check if it was already saturated
  • Paid no attention to whether anyone was actually searching
  • Didn’t bother looking at any competitor sites

Well, I’d give you a 99% chance of failure!

Now, there’s just one thing missing from the AI-powered email…

It can’t say – “I tried this and this happened”.

It can’t say – “I found a great niche by doing this”

It can’t say – “Here’s a niche I found that’s not for me but would be perfect for someone with a passion for it”.

AI can be very handy to help you write emails,

But I do think that you need to add that human touch if you want to give real value to your subscribers.

So, while I have no plans to include AI-assisted content on my websites right now,

I have given my writer permission to use AI to help write weekly emails for my travel site.

I’m not sure if he will or not, but if I read it and I can’t tell,

Then that’s absolutely fine with me!

Until next time,

– NSL

P.S. The AI wrote the subject line for this email as well.

You clicked it, so it can’t be that bad.
